Black friday !

Black Friday is a special holiday as a shopping day after Thanksgiving in America . On that day , nearly everything is on sale . My roommater told me that there were 65000 people in Mall of America on Black Friday last year and first 100 costumers could get free TVs . My friends and I got up at 5 am and took the first NO.16 bus in order to be early . We thought by the time we got there , there would be a large group of people waiting in lines just for getting into the mall . But after we arrived there , nothing happened . No large group of people , no long lines ---- just several people shopping normally , not crowded at all . I thought we might come here on a wrong day , maybe today was not Black Friday ! But we did see discounts . A lot of items were on sale and some of them were 50% or 60% off ! So we bought a lot . I bought a warm jacket which was 40% off for my father , some perfume for my mother and 3 hats for myself .
We had been shopping in the Mall of America for 4 hours . One of my friends bought a PS3 so after we got back , we played his PS3 for the rest of the day .....
Black Friday was fun ! I'm looking forward to next year !

Thanksgiving !

Before I came here , I already knew that Thanksgiving is an American festival which is almost the same as Moon festival in China . When Thanksgiving is coming , most people may want to go home and spend this special holiday with their familes . But as an international student , I had no place to go on Thanksgiving because my home is so far away from here . Fortunately , my uncle invited me to his party and spent this holiday with his family . We had Chinese food and turky together and played some games . I flet like I'm back to China . It's a warm feeling .

I hope I won't fail on this midterm ....

Midterm again ........
I think I didn't do well on this midterm although I did my best to review . I can memmorize 90 percent of my notes and 70 percent of the textbook , but I still can't answer questions in my teest . I can handle most questions in my quizes because those questions are almost the same as my textbook and notes . But questions in midterms are different . They get the questions from the textbook but they changed them . I can't answer those questions which are changed .
I don't know what to do , I don't want to fail this class ...

3 days in a row .....

I kept staying up late 3 days in a row ..........
I played computer games with my friends who live in Bailey on Webnesday and Thursday , we had a lot of fun there . They are all good at Warcraft 3 and we had a really close game at first . And then we played as a team online , that was fun .
Yesterday I went to a club with my friends . We danced a lot , and we saw many hot girls ~
I know it's fun but I'm tired now so I get to sleep early today .....

How I spent my first Halloween

On Halloween , I had a lot fun . I dressed as a pirate and I went to a dorm dance party on Friday . That was fun . They had free food and drink and almost everyone was wearing costume . On Saturday , I went to Spin clun with my friends . That night was crazy . We danced a lot and people got really high . I like the way how Americans celebrate a festival because it is creative and active .

Halloween !

It's my first Halloween in America so I'm really excited ! We have a Dance Party at Comstock tonight and everyone has to dress up so it's gonna be fun !
I don't have any experience about Halloween so I had no idea what I want to dress like . My roommate is gonna dress like riddler (the evil in batman who wears clothes full of question marks) . I would have to say , his costume is awesome ! He suggested me that I can be a pirate so I bought my stuff in Mall of America . I;m looking forward to the party ---- my first Halloween party !

I may fail in DHA 1201 ....

DHA 1201 is my major course , which is all about fashion industry . It's interesting but difficult because there are too many specialized words for me and it's really hard to memorize all of them . I think I work hard in both class time and outside school hours , but I didn't do well in my midterm and my quiz . I don't know why . I know those answers before tests but I just can remember them in tests ! I'm confused , what am I gonna do ? I can't fail it or I'll lose my chance to switch my major to Graphic design . I have to get at least a C !

I'll work harder , I don't want to fail it and retake it next semester ....!
